What Is Our Return Policy?
BellaLine accepts unworn, unwashed & undamaged merchandise for return, exchange, or credit.
If you wish to return your merchandise for an exchange, credit or refund, please notify us within fourteen (14) days of shipping date. For customer service, please call (251) 408-3485. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this period. Contact us here or return/exchange merchandise to the below address.

If you wish to make an exchange, BellaLine will pay for shipping the newly exchanged item back to you. BellaLine does not accept returns that have strong odors. Please keep your purchases away from pets, smoke, and perfume until you are sure you want to keep them.
All sales are final after seven (7) consecutive days!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Alternatively, we offer store credit.
Please ship the item(s) you wish to return via your preferred shipping method and include the original invoice number, product name, order number, and indicate whether you would like to exchange for another item or return the item(s) altogether. Items will be refunded in the manner of the original payment. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please note, packages must be returned by a carrier that can provide guarantee of delivery. BellaLine is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.
We suggest using UPS or FED EX services for reliable delivery.
* Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product only; delivery charges are not refundable.
International buyers have a 30-day window from the date-of-shipment to request a return/exchange/credit.
Our products are shipped within 3-5 days using the following carriers: USPS or UPS. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
